July 9 and 10 - Encampment 2016
  • This event for the entire family commemorates the only Revolutionary War battle fought on Vermont soil.
  • Reenactors portray the soldiers who fought here and offer tactical military demonstrations, drilling lessons, guided camp and battlefield tours, courts martial, camp life activities, and a history scavenger hunt for children.
  • Food stand with hamburgers, hot dogs, hot sausage, English muffins, pastries and hot and cold drinks both days.

  • Actual battle re-enactment: Sunday, 8-10am.
